Where can I get Apple-certified repairs? 

You can get Apple-certified repairs at Leading Edge Computers Bairnsdale as we are an Apple Authorised Service Providers. That means our Apple technicians have receive Apple training, they deliver the same high-quality service, use genuine Apple parts and the repairs are backed by Apple.

How long will my repair take?

Apple Authorised Service Providers offer same-day service for some repairs, such as some screen repairs or battery replacements (pending stock availability). If we need to send your device directly to an Apple Repair Centre for you, it will be ready for pick-up in approximately 10 days.

Get ready for a service!

Before you return your iPhone, iPad or Mac to us, make sure to back up your data. You may need the backup if your device needs to be reformatted during the repair process. Apple/Leading Edge Computers isn't responsible for lost data and fees will apply if you require us to perform a backup for you.

You should also have your Apple ID & password ready. For any service request you'll need to remove your Apple ID from your device and turn off Find My iPhone. Please see the below support articles or talk to one of the team when you book in your job if you need help with turning off these security features.
